  • We create fully customized private dining experiences, from intimate dinners and tasting menus to large scale catering events. Every menu is tailored to your tastes, dietary needs, and event style.

  • Planning your experience is easy! Contact us via our website form or email. Share your vision, date of event, and guest count, and we’ll curate a menu and experience that tailor to your preference. A $150 deposit is required to reserve your booking. Once deposit has been received the ideation process for your custom menu begins.

  • To ensure your event:

    Intimate dinners: 2–3 weeks

    Larger events & holidays: 2–3 months
    We’ll work with you to bring your vision to life, even on a tighter timeline if possible.

  • Absolutely. Every menu is carefully customized to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, or lifestyle preferences.

  • Yes. We bring the Cutting Edge experience wherever your celebration calls for it. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.

  • To ensure every experience is executed flawlessly, we require advance notice: 48 hours for private dinners and 7 days for larger events. Cancellations within these windows may incur a fee.

  • Included in the listed price, the 18% service and administrative fee helps cover planning, printed materials, travel, and necessary items like smallware and equipment, allowing us to deliver a smooth and unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

  • Yes. Gift cards are the perfect way to treat someone to a fully curated, unforgettable dining experience.
