Absolutely stellar experience with Chef Greg on our engagement night! From start to finish, Greg made the evening unforgettable. He brought all the necessary food and equipment to our location (which he had to haul over a few blocks by himself because of traffic and no nearby parking), allowing us to just relax enjoy our special night. The 4-course meal he made was nothing short of extraordinary—each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and creativity. Greg took the time to explain the intricate details of each course, making the meal even more engaging and memorable. His passion for his craft was evident in every bite. What truly set the evening apart was the impeccable service. Greg was incredibly engaging and attentive, ensuring our beverages were always refreshed and that we were comfortable throughout the night. The level of service felt truly five-star, and the cleanup was handled seamlessly, leaving us with nothing to worry about. Thank you, Greg for making our engagement night so special and magical. I have nothing but good things to say about Cutting Edge Private Chef! My fiancé hired Greg to surprise me with a private dinner on the night he proposed. From start to finish, everything was perfect! The food was amazing and presentation was beautiful! To top it off, Greg has an awesome personality and made the dinner even more special by sharing stories of how he became a chef and what inspired the dishes he created for us. He was extremely accommodating to our needs and requests. We were so impressed that we’ve hired Cutting Edge to cater our wedding next year and couldn’t be more excited. They are a great team to work with - very accommodating and fantastic communication!

I’ve used cutting edge for 3 events: bachelorette tasting menu, baptism catering and a coursed wedding dinner for almost 100 people. There is nothing that this team can’t tackle. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to collaborate again in the future.

Chef Greg and team recently catered my wedding and everything was amazing! Greg created a delicious menu around what we wanted and was really helpful from beginning to end - from planning out the menu and knowing what kind of rentals we would need in the early stages to delivering excellent food and service the day of. We had a few dietary restrictions as well (including celiac disease) and all were accommodated without a problem. Very good value for the food and service we received. The staff were excellent and all of the food delicious. A few guests commented that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! I would highly recommend Cutting Edge to anyone needing food for a wedding or event and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

The Cutting Edge team really delivered for a wedding at our home. The food was all brought in fresh that morning and cooked on site and was excellent value. It was amazing to see a real kitchen at work in the background and what the team produced - including a charcuterie board with lobster sliders and 200 oysters for a cocktail hour. I could could on but Chef Greg and team are simply the best.

Enjoyed an incredible meal at a wedding recently and have only positive things to say about Greg and his team!! Friendly and professional and they made delicious food. Would highly recommend!
